If your find that your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage. We offer an easy, hassle-free 30 days return & exchange service for all purchases. Below are detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. If you want to return or exchange, please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved. Please note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Returns & exchanges are permitted within 30 days of when the original order was received.
3. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered.
4. The jewelry tag must be attached to the returned item.
5. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product has quality problems.
6. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
7. Any free gift received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the promotional gift's retail price will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. It will affect your return's processing because that is not our return address.
1. All Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
3. Items without jewelry tags, worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. The items sent to you as replacements or exchanges are not refundable.
5. The parcel that cannot be confirmed as lost.
Refunds of personalized items are eligible for a partial refund and are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Refunds can only be processed within 30 days of delivery.
1. Confirm receipt of the package. Upon receiving your package, returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after our Customer Service has approved your request.
The funds will be issued to your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment service. Banks and payment services may charge a small transaction fee.
2. Suspected lost package. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. For packages suspected to be lost, our customer service staff will only issue refunds after the customer has offered an undelivered certificate. (UPS and USPS need to provide proof of post office, and DHL needs to provide proof of freight station)
1. Once your order is confirmed, we will start the process of production immediately.
2. Since each product is specially customized for customers and we start production straight away, please let us know up to 8 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel it.
Please be advised that after 8 hours, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for personalized items. To cancel your order, please contact us first.
3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
4. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
5. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
